Meeting Point Meeting Location: The driver will confirm the meeting time and location with the customer. Pick-Up and Drop-Off Range Incheon Airport to Downtown Seoul Gimpo Airport to Downtown Seoul: Additional charges may apply for other areas. Important Notes: Vehicle Capacity: Please refer to the vehicle capacity limits and accurately provide the number of passengers, luggage count, luggage size, and number of child seats when booking. Discrepancies: The service provider reserves the right to make changes if the actual number of passengers and luggage exceeds the booked capacity. Airport Pick-Up Waiting Service: We provide complimentary waiting for up to 90 minutes. Additional waiting time will incur a fee. Waiting fees are charged per hour, with a minimum charge of 1 hour. The fee is 20,000 KRW per hour. Signboard Service: If signboard waiting service is required, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged. When making a reservation, please consider the vehicle information and the actual number of passengers, luggage quantity and size, whether baby seats are needed, and book the appropriate vehicle accordingly. For orders placed within 24 hours, an urgent fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged. Please add the "Urgent Fee Within 24 Hours" when booking. Pet-friendly: Pets are allowed on board, but please inform us immediately after booking and provide details of the pet's size for space calculation purposes.

To facilitate communication between the driver and yourself and to safeguard your interests, please provide your contact information (mobile number with international roaming enabled, Line, Whatsapp, Wechat, Kakaotalk, etc.). If the actual number of passengers and the size or number of luggage items differ from the booking details, the operator reserves the right to make changes to the reservation.
